- United States: Free standard delivery in 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. for ready-to-ship eyewear.
- Faster U.S. delivery: Express 2-Day and Overnight Rush are available on eligible orders.
Preorder and backorder lead times apply before transit. Prescription lenses require 7–10 business days of lab processing; gradient lens work adds 1–2 weeks. Transit to and from the lab adds time.
Returns: Request an eligible return within 14 days of shipment. Eyewear must be unworn and unaltered, with its original packaging. Return shipping is deducted from the refund; sale and collaboration items are final sale.
Warranty
Standard eyewear is covered for 12 months against manufacturing and material defects. Prescription lenses are covered for 3 months for coating defects and scratches that occur during normal use. Approved warranty claims include shipping.

Prescription lenses are available on eligible frames. Configure your order with Replace lenses (Rx) above.
Prescription lab processing is 7–10 business days. Gradient lens work adds 1–2 weeks before delivery begins.
