Warranty
Standard eyewear is covered for 12 months against manufacturing and material defects. Prescription lenses are covered for 3 months for coating defects and scratches that occur during normal use. Approved warranty claims include shipping.

Prescription lab processing is 7–10 business days. Gradient lens work adds 1–2 weeks before delivery begins.
