If you’re order isn’t exactly what you expected, you can return your items for a full refund within 14 days of their arrival. We kindly ask that all items are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging and tags intact.

Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every frame! Each pair is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as hinge soldering issues, premature wear of frame coatings, and lens coating delamination.
What’s not covered? Normal wear and tear—including minor scratches, accidental damage, improper use, or storage. Third-party modifications and exposure to chemicals like hair spray, cologne, or alcohol may also compromise the integrity of your frames and are not included under warranty.

You’ll receive full tracking and status updates throughout production and delivery. Please note that prescription orders typically take 3–5 weeks to process and ship.
All prescription lenses include our Free Lens Protection Plan, which provides one year of coverage against scratches and coating defects from the date your lenses are received.

I love these glasses. I feel like a million bucks wearing them. I went out to lunch and I kept getting so many compliments. I plan to purchase another pair!
I love the buff, the design is up there with the top designers, like Cartier, Maybach and so on! However, I think the quality can be improved, and the lens are plastic. But the price is fair for the build quality compared to paying $2000 for the top designers! I'd give them a solid 6 plus!
